This Privacy Policy explains how Metropolis Citizen Properties ("we", "us"), Terpsitheas 51, Agia Paraskevi, Athens, Greece, collects and processes personal data through this website, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679) and Greek Law 4624/2019.

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the data you provide: full name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, country, investment interest and your message. We do not collect special categories of personal data.

We use this data exclusively to respond to your enquiry, provide the requested investment information and arrange a consultation. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Enquiry data is kept only for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up communication, and no longer than 24 months unless a contractual relationship develops or a longer period is required by law.

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It may be processed by our hosting and communication providers strictly for operating this website and responding to you. An embedded Google map is loaded only with your consent; Google LLC may then process technical data under its own privacy policy.
